Sweet Cold Dessert; Saging Con Yelo

The saging con yelo recipe is a straightforward dessert, very simple to make. This recipe is very similar to Mais Con Yelo, which is made with mais, or corn. This dessert’s main ingredients are Minatamis na saging (banana with caramel sauce), milk, and shaved ice. This is the best dessert or ideal snack on hot summer days. I enjoy eating this saging minatamis with yelo during the summertime. Sometimes I add sago pearls and corn flakes when I eat this to make it a more appetizing and refreshing dessert to quench the thirst.

Try this quick and easy-to-make snack. Just follow the simple instructions below . Instructional videos are also provided to make the minatamis na gaging first, then just simply add it with milk and yelo, or ice, to make it a cold and refreshing snack on warmer days.
