I was born and raised in the beautiful Philippine Islands, and my wife and I are proud native Filipinos. By day, I work as an IT professional, but my true passion lies in the kitchen. Cooking has been a big part of my life since high school, and it’s something I’ve enjoyed doing almost every day since then.
