Prep work:
Cut the meat into thin, small pieces or strips.
Cut the string beans into 2 to 3 inches long.
Peeled and minced the garlic and sliced the onion.
Cooking:
Heat cooking oil in a large skillet or wok over medium low heat.
Gently add the pork and allow the meat to sit for 3 minutes without stirring. Then stir-fry the meat until it turns to light brown and fats start to come out.
Add the garlic and stir fry for a minute.
Add the onion and stir fry for another minute.
Season with salt and ground black pepper, stir fry.
Add the long beans (sitaw) stir fry until well combined.
Add soy sauce and oyster sauce, stir fry for a minute.
Cover and simmer for 5 minutes over medium low heat.
Note: Add red chili pepper for spicy taste if desired.Taste it and adjust as necessary.
Serve with warm rice or potatoes. Enjoy!
