  1. Cut the chicken into serving portions.

  2. Prepare the spices and vegetables to the desired cuts.

  3. Heat cooking oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat.

  4. Pan-fry the carrot until it changes color and forms a light crust at the edges. Remove from pan.

  5. On the same pan, saute the onion and garlic for a few seconds or until soft and fragrant.

  6. Add the chicken and cook for about 5 minutes, or until the color changes to a light brown. Stir regularly.
