This stir fry pork and long beans recipe is a tasty and nourishing simple dish. Pork and long beans are the main ingredients of the recipe, which is cooked with some spices to make it more flavorful.

Prep work:
Cut the meat into thin, small pieces or strips.
Cut the string beans into 2 to 3 inches long.
Peeled and minced the garlic and sliced the onion.
Cooking:
Heat cooking oil in a large skillet or wok over medium low heat.
Gently add the pork and allow the meat to sit for 3 minutes without stirring. Then stir-fry the meat until it turns to light brown and fats start to come out.
Add the garlic and stir fry for a minute.
Add the onion and stir fry for another minute.
Season with salt and ground black pepper, stir fry.
Add the long beans (sitaw) stir fry until well combined.
Add soy sauce and oyster sauce, stir fry for a minute.
