Gather all the necessary ingredients for the recipe.
Cut the avocado in half, remove the seed, scoop out all the avocado flesh, and put it in a blender.
Add heavy cream, condensed milk, sweetener, lemon juice, and vanilla for extra flavor. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Transfer the mixture to a large mixing bowl and add crushed walnuts or any nuts of your choice if desired. Mix thoroughly.
Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker pan or a rectangular glass container, preferably with a lid. Evenly distribute the mixture.
Cover with a lid and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours or overnight.
To consume, take it out of the fridge and allow it to sit for 3 minutes, or until it is firm enough to scoop out.
Serve with ice cream bowls, cones, or cups. Enjoy!
