  1. Place the pork chop meat on a chopping board and make a few small cuts or slits.

  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine garlic powder, chili powder, Italian seasoning, salt, sugar, and ground black pepper. Mix everything together.

  3. Let's go back to the meat. Spray or add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil on the meat, then rub it directly on both sides.

  4. Then, apply the prepared mixture immediately to the pork meat. Set aside for 5-8 minutes and let the seasoning mixture set on the pork meat.

  5. In another small bowl, combine the butter, minced garlic, and finely chopped parsley. Set aside.

  6. In a pan, heat 1 to 2 tablespoons of cooking oil to fry.

  7. Add the pork chops to the pan. Fry for about 5 minutes, then add half of the butter mixture. Then, 5 minutes later, flip the pork chop to cook the other side. Add the remaining butter mixture to the fried pork chop.

    Frying time varies depending on the thickness of the pork slice.
