Prepare a cup. Add the black tea bags to it. Boil some drinking water, and pour over the boiled water into a cup. Allow the tea to steep for 8 minutes, then take out the tea bag and discard it.
In a saucepan over low heat, pour in ½ cup of the black tea, then add the brown sugar.
Stir to dissolve the brown sugar in the tea for a couple of minutes, until a glossy, thick sauce has formed. Then turn off the heat and let it cool down.In a mixing bowl, add the egg whites and whisk them thoroughly for 3 minutes until they begin to slightly foam.
Once the egg whites begin to form a foamy texture, gradually pour the brown sugar syrup into the mixing bowl and continue to whisk to create a foamy, caramel Dalgona mixture. Set it aside for awhile.
In a serving glass, put the ice cubes. Then fill the glass by 3/4 with milk.
