In a large bowl season the chicken meat with salt, garlic powder, pepper powder and granule seasonings. Mix well then marinate at least 30 minutes. Chill for crispness.
In another separate large bowl combine flour, salt, garlic powder, pepper powder and granule seasonings.
In another shallow dish, beat eggs. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then place in flour mixture to coat.
Fry chicken for about 10-15 minutes in medium fire. Fry it in batches until skin is golden brown.
Move fried chicken to strainer or paper towels to drain excess oil.
