Instructions
Cut the eggplant into desired sizes, and then slice it lengthwise.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, garlic powder is optional.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Once the oil gets hot, pan-fry the eggplant slices until one side turns dark brown. Flip it over to cook the other side until it’s cooked.
Transfer to a plate and serve with spicy toyomansi dip sauce or choose a dip sauce of your choice.
