Nutritious Recipe for Kalabasa
Ginisa recipe for Kalabasa with Miki and karneng manok . This dish is a variation of my other ginisa recipe. Kalabasa (squash) is a versatile vegetable that can be used in many Filipino dishes. The kalabasa vegetable is great in taste and full of healthy nutrients. It is an excellent source of vitamins A, C, and B; it also contains a lot of antioxidants and minerals, including potassium, magnesium, and manganese. This recipe for kalabasa is very straight-forward. It is not a fancy dish, but it goes well with rice that simply feeds your hunger. In this recipe, we used mixed-cut chicken. Why? Because chicken with bones when simmered extracts the best broth, which makes the dish yummy.
