Instructions
Marinate the Meat
- In separate bowls, marinate pork and liver with soy sauce, calamansi juice, garlic, onion, and pepper.

Cook the Liver
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. (Reserved marinade liquid) Sear liver for 2 minutes per side. Set aside.
Brown the Pork
