In a pan, heat cooking oil over low to medium heat then sauté chopped onion and minced garlic.
Add the chopped pork and season with salt. Continue cooking and stirring.
Add the paprika powder and stir.
Cover and cook for 20 minutes over low heat to soften the meat.
Remove the cover, then add and stir in the oyster sauce.
Add ketchup, bell pepper slices, and soda drinks. Stir and continue cooking over low heat.
Cook for a few minutes, or until the sauce has thickened slightly.
