  2. Beat the eggs until they are light and fluffy. Add the sugar and melted butter, then whisk well until the sugar is completely dissolved.

  3. Add the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract, then whisk until well blended.

  4. Add the sifted all-purpose flour and baking powder and mix well.

  5. Fold in desiccated coconut and let it soak for 5 minutes to soften the coconut.

  6. Scoop mixture into cupcake liners about 2/3 full.

  7. Bake macaroons for at least 15 minutes or until they turn light brown on top.
