Clean and slice the squid. Season it with salt, vinegar and soy sauce. Mix it well and marinate for 30 minutes.
In a pan, preheat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil. Saute minced garlic and onion, diced tomato and minced red bell pepper.
Pour the marinade sauce of the squid. Stir and bring to a soft boil, then add oyster sauce and water. Cover and cook over low-medium heat for 3-5 minutes.
Remove cover, then season with a pinch of salt and pepper powder and sugar to taste.
Don’t overcook the squid, adjust the taste accordingly.Add the long green chili and continue cooking for a few minutes.
