This Buko Pandan salad is a delicious Filipino Pandan-flavored cold dessert. The recipe of buko pandan is made of young coconut meat, jelly cubes, sweetened condensed milk, cream and buko pandan flavoring mix until well combined. The dish variation is commonly added with cooked tapioca pearl, or sago, nata de coco, and kaong. Mix everything together in a large mixing bowl, then put in the fridge and serve cold. Try this tasty and refreshing treats.

Making the buko pandan jelly
Pour in 3 to 4 cups of buko juice or water in a deep pot. Add the jelly powder or gulaman and mix until it dissolves. Add the sugar and bring it to a boil while stirring constantly.
When it boils, turn off the heat, pour it into a molder or container, and allow it to cool and set. Cut the gelatin jelly into cubes when ready.
Note: You can speed up the cooling process by placing it in the refrigerator.
Mixing
In a large mixing bowl. Put young coconut strips, pandan jelly cubes, nata de coco, kaong, cooked tapioca pearl or sago (if using), condensed milk, and all-purpose cream. Mix until combined.
Add 3 to 4 drops of buko pandan flavor, essence, or extract. Mix again until well combined.
Note: Taste it and adjust the sweetness if necessary. Add more sugar or condensed milk according to your taste.Cover the bowl, or transfer the Buko Pandan Salad to an individual serving cup. Put the cover on and place it in the fridge for at least 2 hours, or until it is cold enough to serve.
