  1. In a bowl, put the chicken breast, then add salt and pepper powder, egg, and cornstarch, then mix well. Set aside and marinade for 30 minutes or more.

  2. In a pan, heat cooking oil over medium heat. Pan fry the marinated chicken breast for 5 minutes on both sides or until it turns light brown. Remove it from the pan and set it aside.

  4. Add full-cream milk, salt, and pepper to taste. Stir well.

  5. Add the pan-fried chicken previously set aside. Continue cooking over low heat. Flip and soak in the creamy sauce.

  6. Remove from the heat and place in a serving bowl.
