Marinating:
Wash and clean the chicken breast. Drain the water thoroughly, then slice into serving pieces.
In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, vinegar, garlic powder, pepper powder, and stir.
Then, place the chicken meat in the marinade sauce and mix them to soak. Cover it with a lid or use a resalable bag. Marinate it for at least 1 hour. It is highly recommended to put it in the fridge for overnight marinating.
Sauce mixture:
Combine soy sauce, water, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic paste and cornstarch in a small bowl. Stir well until the sugar is dissolved. Set aside
Cooking:
In a pan, heat cooking oil. Over medium heat, pan-fry the marinated chicken for 3 minutes, one side at a time, or until the color changes to golden brown.
Add the sauce mixture and mix until the sauce is evenly distributed throughout the chicken meat.
Cover the lid and let it simmer for a couple of minutes until the sauce thickens and the meat is nearly cooked through.
Add sesame seeds and toss until the sesame seeds and sauce are evenly distributed over the chicken.
Remove it from the heat and serve it hot. Just add sesame seeds before serving, if necessary.
