Preparation:

  1. Prepare all of the spices needed for the recipe.

Cooking:

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Set aside.

  2. Make the sauce. In a pan or wok over medium-low heat, melt the butter. Add the onion and garlic, then saute until the onion is soft and the garlic smells aromatic.

  3. Add the canned corned chicken and cook for 2 minutes.

    Note: If canned corned chicken is not available, substitute canned chicken flakes in oil.
  4. Adjust the heat to low, then stir in the all-purpose cream. Bring to a gentle boil while occasionally stirring until well combined.

  5. Add the parmesan cheese. Stir until the sauce thickens to your desired consistency.

  6. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce in the cooking saucepan. Toss until fully combined.

  7. Turn off the heat, transfer them to the pasta dish, and serve with a dash of chopped parsley.

  8. Share and enjoy the food, happy cooking!
