Crispy chicken fingers recipe are a perfect dish that the whole family will love. The chicken fingers are golden brown, crisp, juicy inside, and flavorful. This recipe is made with chicken breast; make sure to remove the bone and skin of the chicken before preparing this dish. It is super easy to prepare; just cut the chicken into strips, dip them, and coat them with the prepared mixture. Dip fry and serve warm crisp.

Preparation:
Cut the chicken lengthwise into 4 inches-long and about an inch-wide strips. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine milk, eggs, salt, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
Put the flour in a shallow dish, and also put the breadcrumbs in a separate shallow dish.
Get the chicken strips and dredge them one by one in the flour. Shake off the excess flour.
Dip it into the egg mixture, and lastly, dredge it in the breadcrumbs (panko).
Note: While coating it with the breadcrumbs, slightly press it to adhere well.Put the coated chicken pieces on a baking sheet or baking tray. Repeat the process until all are finished.
Cooking:
In a pan, heat about an inch of cooking oil over medium-high heat.
Once the cooking oil is hot enough, gently add the coated chicken and deep fry.
Turning occasionally is required, fry them for about 5 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
Note: Don’t overcrowd the pan to maintain the temperature of the oil. Cook the rest of the chicken in batches.Transfer the chicken fingers to a plate lined with paper towels to drain the excess oil.
Sprinkle salt before serving if desired.
Serve crispy with spicy ketchup, honey mustard, or a dipping sauce of your choice.
