In a pan, heat cooking oil. Sauté minced onion and garlic, then add macaroni.
Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a soft boil. Continue cooking. Season it with salt and pepper powder. Keep cooking until the macaroni becomes tender.
Add shredded cooked chicken breast, finely sliced cabbage, and small sliced carrots. Let the vegetables cook for about 2-3 minutes.
Add evaporated milk. Cook until consistency is reached.
Taste and adjust accordingly.
