  1. In a cooking pot, put chicken meat, pork, and tsoriso de bilbaw.

  2. Add salt, ground pepper, and pour in hugas bigas, or water.

  3. Turn on the heat and bring the water to a gentle boil until the meat is tender.

  4. In a wok, heat cooking oil. Sauté sliced onion and crushed garlic for a few seconds, then add the tomato sauce.

  5. Pour the sauce into the cooking pot with the tenderized boiled meat.

  6. Add the sweet potato, fried banaba saba, and vegetables. Cook on low heat until completely cooked. Taste and adjust accordingly.

  7. Turn off the heat and transfer it to a serving bowl.
