  1. Heat cooking oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.

  2. Saute the onion and garlic for 30 seconds or until fragrant.

  3. Add the ground pork and season with ½ teaspoon of iodized salt and ground black pepper to taste.

  4. Add oyster sauce, stir, and cook for 5 minutes, or until the color changes and the fat comes out of the meat.

    Note: Stir occasionally or as required.
