Preparation:
Prepare all the spices needed for the ingredients.
Boiling the macaroni:
Cook the elbow macaroni based on the package instructions. Set aside.
Making the sauce:
Heat cooking oil in a pan. Add the ground beef and saute the beef until oil comes out of the meat. Continue cooking until the color changes to brown.
Note: Scoop off the oil and leave 2 tablespoons for sauteing.Add onion and garlic and saute until the onion is soft and aromatic.
Add the bell pepper, keep sauteing, then add the ham and hotdogs. Saute for 2 minutes.
Add the tomato sauce and pour in the water; stir. Bring them to a boil, covered.
Add the beef broth cubes and simmer over medium-low heat until the liquid reduces by half.
Add banana ketchup, all-purpose cream, and a half cup of the shredded cheese.
Season with sugar, salt, and ground black pepper. Stir and continue cooking until the sauce becomes thick. Turn off heat.
Cooked Macaroni and the Sauce:
In a large container, combine the cooked macaroni and ¾ of the sauce. Gently mix until well blended.
Arrange the macaroni and sauce on a baking tray. Top with the remaining sauce and cheese.
Broil at 375°F for 10 minutes using a turbo broiler. Remove from heat.
