Crush the noodles and transfer them into a bowl.
Fry the crushed noodles in preheated cooking oil. Use low to medium heat. Stir the noodles to evenly cook them. When cooked, transfer to a bowl and set aside.
Don’t overcook the noodles. Fry them for a few minutes only.In another pan, pour brown sugar and water. Adjust the water accordingly. Bring it to a soft boil over low heat, stirring constantly to dissolve the sugar and caramelize it. Add lemon juice or calamansi juice. Continue to mix.
Add the peanuts, stir and cook for a few minutes, then add honey.
Add the fried noodles, previously set aside. Mix it well to evenly coat the caramelized sugar mixture.
Remove it from the heat and place it in a mold lined with baking paper. Press firmly to set it. Wait a few minutes to cool it down.
Cut the noodle candy according to your desired sizes.
Serve and enjoy eating!
