Description
Ube camote delight are great and tasty snack or dessert. It’s great to make as a treat for kids or for everyone who wants a sweet delicacy.

Peel and cut the purple sweet potato. Wash and drain it.
Pour water into a steamer and place the cut purple sweet potato on top. Cook until tender, covered with a lid.
Place the cooked sweet potato on a shallow plate. Mash it or grind it and set it aside.
In a pan, melt unsalted butter, then pour condensed milk ube flavor. Bring it to a gentle boil, stirring occasionally. At this point, adding ube food color is optional.
Add all-purpose cream and stir well to combine, then add a pinch of salt to taste. Stir until a little bit creamy. Set some of the mixture aside for the topping.
Add the mashed purple sweet potato and mix well to combine. Continue mixing until refined and the consistency is reached. Take the pan off the heat and set it aside.
Prepare a container and grease it with margarine or butter. Transfer the purple sweet potato mixture into the prepared molder and make it even.
Pour the ube cream mixture that had been set aside over the top of the purple sweet potato delight. Chill it in the fridge for a few hours.
Add grated cheese on top. Serve it while it’s cold. Enjoy eating!
