Description
You can make a simple and unique twist on your pancit canton with easy preparation. All you’ll need is a tablespoon of flour, cornstarch, an egg and additional seasonings. Fry it and you’re all set. You can now enjoy the pancit canton fries. I can not guarantee that everyone will like this recipe, but there is no harm in trying, so give it a shot. It just might become one of your favorite dishes. This is great to eat with alcoholic beverages or soft drinks.

Boil 1 ½ cup water and cook pancit canton noodles for 3 minutes.
Remove from heat and drain water.
Mix all-purpose flour and cornstarch together. Add a pinch of salt and pepper powder to taste (optional).
Crack a fresh egg and beat it well.
In a separate bowl, pour the special seasoning of pancit canton. Mix the cooked noodles with them.
Dip the noodles in beaten egg and coat them with the prepared flour mixture.
Preheat enough cooking oil in a pan, gently fry the coated noodles. Fry until it turns golden brown.
When cooked, transfer to a strainer or you may use a table napkin to drain excess oil, then transfer to a serving plate.
Serve with dipping sauce (optional).
