Tuna Fish Balls (Homemade) Pinoy-Style!

A simple canned tuna turns out to be a healthy dish or snack for the family. Tuna fish ball loaded with vegetables added with some seasonings to make it even more delicious. It can also be a business that you can earn. This recipe is easy-to-make.

Mash the tuna in a bowl.
Grind the garlic, onion, long green chili and carrot using a food processor or you can chop them manually using a knife.
Add the ground ingredients to the mashed tuna in a bowl.
Cut the spring onion into very small pieces and add them to the mixture.
Add baking powder, all-purpose flour, chili powder, ground black pepper, salt, sugar, and water. Mix well to combine. Optional: Refrigerate mixture until it is firm and sticky.
Get a scoop of tablespoon and form it into a fish ball.
Heat enough cooking oil in a pan and fry the tuna fish balls until they turn golden brown.
Use a strainer or table napkin to remove excess oil, then serve.
Served with a dipping sauce.
