Instructions
For the marinade sauce. Prepare a large bow and combine soy sauce, fish sauce, ground pepper, sugar, calamansi juice and crushed garlic.
Marinate the pork cheek for at least 3 hours with the prepared marinade sauce.
Remove the pork cheek, allow it to drain, and then grill until cooked.
Chop the pork cheek and add chopped onions. Mix it and set it aside.
In a separate bowl, mix calamansi juice with pepper, salt, chopped boiled chicken liver, and chopped garlic. Add the chopped pork cheek to the prepared mixture.
To serve, grease a sizzling plate with margarine and add the sisig mixture. Top it with green chili peppers and an egg while it is sizzling hot.
