  1. Prepare the pork by cutting it into bite-sized pieces.

  2. Preheat cooking oil in a pan and pan fry the pork meat, then set aside.

  3. In a cooking pot, heat 2-3 tablespoons of cooking oil. Saute garlic and onion.

  4. Add the bay leaves and the pan-fried pork previously set aside.Season it with salt, soy sauce, sugar, pepper powder, and vinegar. Then add 1/2 cup of water.
