Preparation:
Cut the beef meat into chunks, thoroughly wash and drain it, and set it aside.
Prepare the needed vegetables, peel them, and cut them into pieces. Set aside.
Crush the garlic cloves, peel off the skin, then chop the onion.
Cooking:
In a pan or wok, heat 5 tbsp. of vegetable oil over a medium-high flame.
Pan-fry the potatoes and carrots until they change color and the edges begin to brown. Set aside.
Stir-fry the bell peppers for 3 minutes. Then set it aside.
In the same pan or wok, saute the garlic and onion. Then add the beef chunks. Cook it until the color turns light brown.
Add the tomato sauce, then add the water and the beef broth cubes. Bring the water to a boil.
Cover it and simmer for an hour or more until the beef meat gets tender.Note: Tenderizing the beef meat depends on the quality of the meat. If extra water is necessary, add more.When the meat is tender enough, add the liver spread, then season with salt and ground black pepper to taste. Stir.
Add the pan-fried vegetables and the cooked green peas. Cover it again and continue to cook for 5 more minutes.
Taste it before serving. Adjust it as necessary.
Transfer to a serving plate. Serve hot. Share and enjoy the food!
