Description

Ingredients
Instructions
Cut the beef into 2-inch cubes and then put them into the pot.
Add enough water to cover the meat, then add salt and peppercorns. Bring the liquid to a boil and simmer until the meat gets tender.
Note: Add more water as needed until the meat gets tender.Meanwhile, prepare the vegetables and spices needed for the recipe.
On a separate pan or pot, heat a small amount of cooking oil enough to fan fry the vegetables.
Once the oil is hot enough, add the potato and carrot, and fan fry until the sides have browned. Take out and set aside.
In the same pan, saute the onion and garlic until aromatic. Then add the boiled beef meat, stir to combine, cook for 2 minutes, and stir in the Sprite soda drinks.
Add the liver spread, stir to mix well, and then add the hotdog slices. Cover the lid and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the tomato sauce, stir, and cover again. Allow to cook for another 5 minutes until the liquid is lightly reduced.
Add the pan-fried potato, carrot, and bell pepper. Mix and simmer for 5 minutes, letting the liquid evaporate until the desired amount of sauce has been reached. Often mix it.
Taste it and adjust it as necessary; add salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer to a serving dish. Serve with a pair of steaming rice. Share and enjoy the food.
Happy cooking!
