Ingredients
Instructions
-
Thinly slice the beef with some fat to the desired size.
-
In a large bowl, combine sugar, salt, garlic powder, red food coloring and all-purpose seasoning (optional). Marinate the thinly sliced beef in it for at least 2 hours.
-
In a pan, add the marinated beef, including the marinade sauce and enough water. Set the fire to medium heat and bring it to a boil.
-
Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer until the meat is soft and cooked through, adding additional water in 1/2-cup increments as needed.
-
When the water has been completely absorbed and the meat is tender, add the oil and continue to simmer, stirring frequently, until the meat has caramelized.
-
Transfer it to a serving plate and serve it hot. It is best eaten with a fried egg and warm rice. Enjoy eating!
