Crispy Fried Cabbage Rolls – A Savory, Budget-Friendly Delight!
Description
Meaty fried cabbage roll recipe is a one-of-a-kind meal that can be prepared at home. Simply combine certain ingredients such as onion, raisin, hotdog, lechon sauce, garlic powder, carrot, salt, and pepper powder with leftover roasted chicken or pork. This mixture is wrapped in chinese cabbage leaves instead of using the traditional lumpia wrapper or lumpia spring roll. I used chinese petchay leaves because they bring more flavor and healthy nutrients. Coat it with flour and breadcrumbs and fry it until golden brown and crisp. It's an enjoyable and filling dish you can share with family and friends. You won't have to worry about leftover meat since you'll be able to make it into a tasty meaty cabbage roll. Try it now and let us know what you think.

Instructions
To separate the leaves, cut the bottom section of the Chinese cabbage. In a colander, wash and dry the cabbage leaves.
In a pot, pour water over it and bring it to a boil. Blanch each leaf for 10 seconds. After that, soak for a few minutes in cold water.
In a mixing bowl, put ground pork or chicken, carrots, garlic, onion, spring onion, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and paper. Combine all of the ingredients and stir until thoroughly combined.
Put a piece of cabbage leaf on a flat, clean surface. Then put a tablespoon of the mixture over the bottom half of the leaf and roll it up to enclose the filling.
Arrange the bowl containing the flour mixture with salt and pepper to taste and a bowl of beaten egg. Dredge each stuffed cabbage in the flour mixture, then in the beaten eggs, and finally in the bread crumbs.
Heat enough frying oil to deep fry the filled cabbage. Fry until golden brown, then drain excess oil in a colander or strainer.
It is best to serve it hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
