Cheese Filling
In a large nonstick pan, combine cheese powder, all-purpose flour, and sugar. Add water and whisk until well blended.
Turn on the heat and bring the mixture to a soft boil.
Reduce the heat to medium-low and keep stirring until all the liquid evaporates and the mixture turns to a soft batter consistency.
Note: The cheese powder can be substituted with real cheese; start with ½ cup and adjust the taste accordingly.
Assembly
Place a lumpia wapper on a clean flat surface.
Note: Square or round wrappers can be used; divide them if they are too large.Spread 1 teaspoon of the cheese mixture on top of the spring roll wrapper. Roll it as tightly as possible.
