Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan or pot. Sauté minced onion first for a few seconds until soft. Consecutively sauté minced garlic. Add chicken meat, cook until it turns lightly brown.
Add tomato sauce and water, then simmer. Flip and continue cooking on medium heat. Then add sprite cola drinks and continue cooking for 20 minutes on medium heat.
Add chicken broth cube and roughly cut potatoes. Cover and cook for at least 6 minutes.
If the meat is tender, add bay leaves, green peas, and roughly chopped bell pepper and carrot.
Season with ground black pepper and salt. Adjust the taste according to your desired taste. Stir to dissolve.
Cover again and continue cooking for about 3 minutes.
Check the chicken and vegetables for your desired tenderness, then serve.
