Chicken wings were cleaned and cut into serving sizes.
Place them in a bowl. Season with a pinch of salt, 1 tsp of paprika, 1 tsp of garlic powder, and add the flour. Refrigerate for about an hour after mixing everything together with your hands.
The chicken wings must then be fried. Cook for about 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove the chicken wings from the cooking pot and put them in a strainer or paper towel.
For the buffalo sauce. In a sauce pan, put the butter and melt it over low heat. Then add hot sauce, 1 tsp of garlic powder, 1/2 tsp of pepper powder, 1 tsp of paprika, a pinch of salt & sugar to taste, and cornstarch. Cook for about 10 minutes over low heat, stirring often.
Finally, toss fried chicken wings in buffalo sauce.
