  1. In a pot, sift flour and Milo powder. Add white sugar, evaporated milk, or fresh milk. Mix well to incorporate.

  2. Simmer the mixture over low heat and continue mixing. Add butter and vanilla extract.

  3. Mix it up until the chocolate mixture turns sticky or until the consistency is reached.

  4. Transfer to a container.
