In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar. Add sifted flour and cocoa powder, followed by baking powder and milk powder. Mix well to combine.
Add vegetable oil and water. Mix until batter consistency is achieved, then rest for 5 minutes.
Arrange oreo biscuits in the pan. Turn on the stove and set it to a very low heat. Pour half of the batter mixture into the pan. Put sliced cheese in between the oreo biscuits, then pour in the remaining batter mixture.
Cover the lid and continue cooking over very low heat until fully cooked. Use another pan if necessary to cook both sides of the pancake.
Set enough rest time to cool down the cake before slicing it. Enjoy eating!
