Cut the cabbage in half and remove the core. Slice the cabbage thinly, then wash it.
Put the thinly sliced cabbage in a mixing bowl. Add minced onion, one fresh egg, salt, ground black pepper, a pinch of seasoning granules, cornstarch, and all purpose flour. Mix until well combined.
In a pan, heat cooking oil over low to medium heat. Get some of the cabbage mixture and fry it.
Make a free space in the center. Fry it until it holds shape. Flip over to fry both sides. Note: Do not overcook it.
Turn it back on, then add a fresh egg in the center. Cover the pan and cook until the egg is cooked halfway.
Once it is cooked, remove it from the pan. Fry the remaining mixture until all is done.
Cut it in half and then arrange it on a serving plate.
