This is cooked with lechon sauce, vinegar, garlic, onion, soy sauce, dried bay leaves, whole peppercorns, cooking oil, and water. Season with salt, sugar, and pepper powder to complete the delicious taste of the dish. This is a hearty and delicious dish for everyone, especially when served with warm rice.

In a pan, heat cooking oil in low to medium heat. Sauté minced garlic and onion.
Add the leftover pork lechon (roasted pork), soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar. Stir to mix.
Add whole peppercorns, bay leaves, and water. Stir to mix, then cover and simmer for 5 minutes over low-medium heat.
Add the lechon sauce, mix well, and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Season with pepper powder and salt, then stir. Taste and adjust it according to your preference.
