In a cooking pot, pour the coconut milk and bring it to a boil.
Stir in the sugar, condensed milk, and drained corn kernels until everything is uniformly mixed together. Simmer for 6 minutes.
Whisk together the cornstarch and milk until the cornstarch is dissolved.
Pour the fresh milk and cornstarch mixture into the cooking pot and stir thoroughly.
Allow it to cook while continuing to stir until the mixture reaches your desired thickness.
Pour the mixture into a serving tray, then arrange and flatten the top using a flat tool such as a wooden spatula. Let it cool down, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Garnish with crushed peanut or toasted grated coconut.
Serve it cold and enjoy!
