  1. In a pot, pour 6 to 8 cups of water, then add the chicken breast. Cover and cook for 30 minutes.

  2. Remove the cooked chicken breast from the pot and set aside the broth. Allow the cooked chicken breast to cool down then shred it. Set it aside.

  3. In a pan, melt butter over low to medium heat. Add the minced garlic and saute until aromatic. Add the minced yellow onion and saute until translucent.

  4. Add the diced carrot, saute for a few seconds, then add the shredded cooked chicken breast. Saute for a few minutes.

  5. Pour in the chicken broth, previously set aside, and add the broth cube. Stir well. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.

  6. Add finely chopped green beans and elbow macaroni. Stir. Cover and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the elbow macaroni is firm. Check and stir frequently to prevent the macaroni from sticking.

  9. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve. It is best to eat it while still hot. Share and enjoy eating.
