Description
Pork afritada is a type of Filipino pork stew. This pork stew is easy to cook, and it's delicious and filling. Tender pork, potatoes, carrots, and tomato sauce make up this dish. Green peas, sliced green bell pepper, diced tomatoes, sliced hotdogs, and bay leaves are also included. To taste, add salt and ground black pepper to round out the flavor of the dish. This dish is inexpensive. It is perfect for special occasions such as birthdays, fiestas, and other celebrations. It's flavorful, filling, and goes well with warm rice.

In a pan, heat cooking oil over low-medium heat. Then sauté chopped onion and garlic until translucent and softened.
Add the pork and sauté it until golden brown, then add the tomato sauce and water. Stir and let it boil.
Add Knorr pork cube and dried bay leaves. Stir it well. Cook for 30 minutes, covered, on medium heat.
Add more water if needed.Add the sliced hotdogs and cook for another 10 minutes.
Add sliced carrot and cubes of potato. Cook for 7 minutes, covered.
Add green peas and sliced green bell pepper. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Remove it from the heat and place it in a serving bowl. Share and enjoy eating.
