  1. First prepare the bangus (milkfish), clean and slice it. Sprinkle with salt and all-purpose seasoning granules. Set aside, while the other ingredients are next to be prepared.

  2. In a pot, put and arrange sliced ginger, sliced onion, fresh and cut cucumber tree (kamias).

  3. Place the bangus (milkfish) on top of the ingredients. Then add vinegar and peppercorns. Boil, covered, for 10 minutes over low-medium heat.

  4. Season it with salt. Adjust the saltiness to your desired taste.

  5. Add water and season with all-purpose seasoning granules to balance the taste. Cover again and boil for 10 minutes over medium heat.

  6. Add sliced bitter gourd (ampalaya), sliced eggplant and long green chili. Continue cooking for 3-5 minutes.

  7. Taste and adjust based on your desired taste.

  8. Remove it from the heat and transfer it to a serving bowl. Enjoy eating!
