Stir Fry Broccoli Beef Recipe
Description
Stir frying is a Chinese cooking technique that involves combining multiple ingredients in a skillet over high heat with very little oil. Stir frying has expanded to various cuisines throughout the world as a result of its success in China. For those who don't have a lot of time in the kitchen, this beef broccoli stir fry is a great option. In a short period of time, you can still cook a dinner that tastes like home.

Cut boneless beef into steak thin 2-inch strips.
Mix garlic powder, onion powder with 2 tablespoons of water, 2 tablespoon cornstarch and toss with beef.
In a mixing bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger and the remaining cornstarch and add water as needed until smooth.
In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon cooking oil over medium-high heat. Stir-fry beef until browned, 3-5 minutes. Remove from pan.
In same pan, sauté onion in remaining oil, add the broccoli and stir-fry over medium-high heat until crisp-tender, 4-5 minutes.
Combined soy sauce mixture, add to pan. Cook and stir few minutes until slightly thickened.
Return the beef to the pan and heat it through. Top it with sliced spring onion or parsley leaves. Well done.
Serve with a bowl of warm rice. Happy eating!
