  1. In a bowl, combine sliced cubes of pork, soy sauce, and calamansi juice. Mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.

  2. In a pan, heat the cooking oil over low-medium heat. Sauté the crushed and chopped garlic and diced onion. Add the marinated pork, including the marinade sauce. Cook it until the pork turns light brown.

  3. Pour tomato sauce and water or broth. Bring to a boil.

  4. Season with seasoning granules and stir, then cover and cook over low heat for 35 minutes.

  5. Add the cubed potatoes and green peas. Cook for 10 minutes.

  6. Add the sliced bell peppers. Continue to cook for 5 minutes.

  7. Season with salt and pepper powder to taste. Add sugar to taste optional.

  8. Remove from the heat and place in a serving bowl.Serve and enjoy your meal! It’s best to eat it with warm rice.
