🥬 Veggie-Packed – Loaded with kangkong, radish, and gabi for texture and nutrition
🍚 Rice’s Best Friend – That savory-tart broth is meant for drizzling over rice

Secrets to the Best Sinigang:

✔️ Sear pork first – Adds depth to the broth
✔️ Use fresh tamarind – For brighter, more complex sourness (or sinigang mix in a pinch)
✔️ Add veggies in stages – Ensures each stays perfectly cooked

How to Serve It Like a Pro:

🌶️ With spicy fish paste (bagoong) on the side
🍋 Extra calamansi – For those who love it extra sour
🥄 Ladle broth generously – The soul of the dish!

Fun Fact: Gabi (taro) thickens the broth naturally – a trick Filipino grandmas swear by!
