Chocolate dough:
In a large, deep pan, shift the rice flour, glutinous rice flour, and cocoa powder, then add sugar. Whisk to combine.
Stir in the coconut milk and vanilla extract or essence and whisk until combined. Turn on the heat and cook over medium-low heat.
Note: Regular stirring is required.Add the crushed unsalted roasted peanuts, mix using a rubber spatula, and keep cooking until it becomes a dough consistency. Remove from heat, transfer to a bowl, and allow them to cool.
White dough:
In a large, deep pan, shift the rice flour, glutinous rice flour, and white sugar. Whisk to combine.
Stir in the coconut milk and vanilla extract or essence and whisk until combined. Turn on the heat.
Keep cooking over medium-low heat while stirring regularly with the use of rubber spatula until it reaches a dough-like consistency.
Remove from heat, transfer to a bowl, and allow them to cool completely.
Assembly or wrapping:
Scope a tablespoonful of the chocolate mixture and place it on the prepared banana leaves. Gently stretch the mixture. Add a tablespoon of the white mixture and gently stretch it.
Make a spiral twist and roll it with the banana leaves by hand to get the smoothie's texture. Then roll the banana leaves and tie them with a thread on both sides to seal them. Repeat the process until the mixture is used up.
Arrange them in a steamer tray and steam in a preheated steamer for 30 minutes, covered, over low heat.
Once fully cooked, turn off the heat and transfer the suman choco moron into the container.
Serving:
