  2. In a large mixing basin, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Mix in the finely chopped malunggay leaves until fully combined.

  3. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture and add the egg, oil or melted butter, milk, and instant dry yeast. Mix until completely combined.

    Note: If desired, the milk can be replaced with water.
  4. Transfer the dough to a kneading mat and lightly sprinkle with flour or oil. Knead the dough until it is smooth and pliable.

  5. Form the dough into a ball and lightly coat it with oil. Place in a large, dry bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Allow them to rise and double in size for 30 minutes to an hour, depending on the area's temperature.
